Where We Ship

At Claws & Clamps, we're thrilled to share our passion for sensory play with enthusiasts around the globe. From our cozy workshop nestled near the vibrant city of Melbourne, Australia, we make and send our Claws and Clamps to customers on six continents. Melbourne's diverse and inclusive culture inspires us daily, fueling our creativity and dedication to quality. Let's take a journey through some of the destinations where our Melbourne-made products have found loving homes!

If your postal service can reach you, we can almost certainly send to you. A small number of countries are currently suspended by Australia Post and cannot be reached at all: Russia, Sudan, Iraq, Iran, Kosovo and Cuba. Those countries cannot check out on our store.

Australia: Our Backyard

Naturally, we have a strong presence in our home country. From the bustling streets of Sydney to the laid-back vibes of Perth, our Claws have traveled to nearly every corner of Australia. Popular spots include Brisbane, Adelaide, and Hobart, not to mention countless smaller towns and communities. And of course, plenty of our products find homes right here in Melbourne!

But here's a fun fact: We have just recently completed our Aussie Bingo card with the Northern Territory joining our list at last. YAY!

Tasmania, it turns out, is very fond of a good scratch: North Hobart, Lenah Valley, Trevallyn and West Launceston have all joined Hobart on the list.

New Zealand: Just Across the Tasman

Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch were first, and now Huapai and Raumati Beach have joined them. Word travels fast across the ditch.

North America: From Sea to Shining Sea

Canada, through the US and down to Mexico, from west coast to east coast, North America has embraced our products with open arms. We've shipped to major cities like New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Vancouver, as well as to smaller towns across the continent.

We have now reached Alaska. Anchorage has Claws, and the local bears have some competition. In Canada, Laval makes three for Quebec.

Europe: A Continent of Diversity

Our European fans span from London to Berlin, Paris to Stockholm. We've even sent packages to picturesque towns in the Alps and cozy villages in the Mediterranean.

Aberystwyth has put Wales on our map, so England, Scotland and Wales all have Claws now. Germany, methodical as ever, keeps adding towns one at a time: Essen, Gräfelfing, Halstenbek and Köfering are the latest.

Asia: Expanding Horizons

While we're still growing in this market, we've had the pleasure of shipping to Singapore.

South America and Africa: New Frontiers

Recife in Brazil, and now Cape Town. Two continents, two cities, and room for a great many more.

Import Duty and Tax

For the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and Sweden, import charges are prepaid by us. Nothing further is payable on delivery.

Everywhere outside Australia and New Zealand, import VAT and duty are payable by you when the parcel arrives, together with any handling fee charged by your postal service. These charges are set by your country, not by us, so we are unable to quote them in advance. Where a prepayment route exists, we take it and absorb the work, which is why the countries above cost you nothing at the door. For the rest, no such route is open to us yet. As soon as one is, we will be on it.

Full detail sits in our shipping policy.

Our Shipping Promise

Wherever Australia Post can reach, we can get our Claws to you! We ship with Australia Post, offering both standard and express options to suit your needs. All our packages are discreetly packaged to ensure your privacy.

For our Australian customers, Australia Post Standard Parcel Post carries every order, with Express Post available when waiting is the hard part. International orders choose between Standard Air and the faster Express Air. And here's a bonus: any two sets of Premium Nylon Claws ships free, wherever you are. That’s one set for you to wear and another for people to use on you 😉

At Claws & Clamps, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Our most popular products are kept in stock and leave our Melbourne workshop within 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed from the next business day.
