Weâre thrilled to share the news youâve all been waiting for â shipping to the United States has officially resumed as of 25 September 2025!
All of our U.S. backlog has now been handed over to Australia Post and is in transit. Dispatch confirmations have been sent, and parcels are finally making their way across the ocean. đ
This has been a long and frustrating pause, and we are so grateful for the patience, kindness, and support of our U.S. community. Many of you chose to wait this out with us, and now your Claws, clamps, and toys are on their way.
What This Means Going Forward

Shipping to the U.S. is live again. New orders will be dispatched as normal.

Tariffs are prepaid. With the new Zonos system in place, your parcels wonât be held up or surprise you with duties on arrival.

Weâre optimistic. While the restart has been a little bumpy, the system is now flowing and weâre hoping this channel will hold steady.

We expect to be able to start shipping our U.S. backlog tomorrow (Monday, 22 September 2025). Fingers crossed everything works as expectedâŚ
Australia Post has confirmed they are resuming U.S. postal shipments in partnership with Zonos. Weâve created our Verified Account with Zonos, which will handle the new tariff requirements (for a small clearance fee per shipment). That means parcels can finally move again without surprise duties at delivery.
That means:

Orders that have been waiting will be first out the door.

U.S. customers can once again expect their Claws, clamps, and toys to start making their way across the ocean.

While thereâs still a little uncertainty as AusPost reopens this channel, weâre optimistic it will hold steady.

Update: 7th September 2025
Since our last post, weâve had more clarity on whatâs happening with U.S. shipping. This isnât just us â every Australian business using Australia Post has been caught by this change.
Hereâs why: the U.S. ended the long-standing de minimis duty-free exemption for imports under US$800. Now, tariffs and duties must be prepaid before parcels arrive. Australia Post simply doesnât have the systems in place yet to handle this new requirement, so theyâve suspended all U.S. parcel deliveries until a solution is ready.
Australia Post is indicating they will partner with Zonos to resolve this issue. We have made an account with Zonos, who will apparently take care of tariffs for a small fee. Australia Post has not yet indicated when their own service will resume.
That means:

Itâs not about our products being blocked â itâs about the postal system catching up to the new rules.

This is affecting thousands of Australian small businesses, not just us.

We are working with Zonos and monitoring AusPost updates to reopen U.S. shipping as soon as possible.

We didnât expect this to happen, but as of 26 August 2025, Australia Post has suspended all parcel deliveries to the United States and Puerto Rico in response to sweeping new U.S. tariff rules.
The U.S. has ended the long-standing de minimis duty-free exemption on imports under US$800. Now, every item shipped must have tariffs pre-paid before arrival. Australia Post isnât equipped to manage that system yet, so theyâve paused all U.S. parcels until a solution is found.
For small businesses like ours, this is a huge blow. The combination of prepaid tariffs, added handling fees, and inflated courier costs means U.S. deliveries are temporarily off the table.
What This Means for Our U.S. Customers

You are welcome to place an order and wait, but delivery dates are currently unknown.

If you do order and then decide not to wait, you can email us for a refund at any time.
Sadly, this means our BDSM Claws, clamps, and sensation toys â the very tools that bring scratchy tingles, playful teases, and delicious shivers â canât currently make their way across the ocean. For now, U.S. kinksters are missing out on those sharp little kitten scratches, the sweeping strokes of wolfcats, and all the fun of adding Claws to your play.
What Weâre Doing Next
Weâre not giving up. Right now, weâre actively exploring:
